Caruso Homes, Inc. an award-winning residential homebuilder located in Crofton Maryland is seeking a Sales Manager for the Baltimore / Hartford territories to join our team.

Essential Duties:

· Performs general on-site administrative functions

· Ensures that model home site is well maintained and presentable

· Assists customer with selection of home site, house plan and structural options

· Prepares all contracts addenda, color selections, etc. accurately and completely

· Assists customer with loan application, obtain deposits per company requirements, and expedite submission and approval

· Participates in weekly sales meetings

· Performs other duties as apparent or assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

· Excellent oral and written skills

· Punctual

· Professional appearance

· Excellent presentation skills

· Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills

· Well organized and self-directed

· Strong interpersonal skills, customer service driven

· Displays a friendly, enthusiastic, approachable manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per hour
